    Fronds 4-5 cm in height, caespitose, cushion-like, minute, somewhat terete below, compressed above, dichotomously branched from base to apex, branches flabellatelly arranged, terminal segments obtuse. Cystocarps immersed in inflated parts of frond, occurring in a longitudinal series, somewhat distant.
