Thalli medium size, stolons densely branched and intricated; erect assimilatory filaments densely arise on stolons, featherlike, 12 cm long and 10-16 mm wide markedly compressed ramuli, dark green. Rachis slightly compressed and without ramuli at the base up to 5 mm, ramuli. Ramuli densely placed and perpendicular to rachis. Ramuli flat slightly curved upwardly with constricted base. Ramuli with gradually tapering and acuminate apex.
